Analysis of food samples
Since 2005, in the EU, microbiological criteria have been harmonised so that all food business operators must verify that they comply with COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2073/2005 of 15 November 2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.
All of them, in order to guarantee that their food products are free of harmful microorganisms in quantities that may pose a risk to public health, thus ensuring the quality and safety of food on the market as well as consumer satisfaction.
